a. Wall coil 30 seconds all sides – SoleSteps® & wall

b. Cut up stance matador 30-60 seconds with proper leg lead – SoleSteps® & RMT® Rope

c. SoleSteps® slender hinge/SQ transitions 5-8 passes – SoleSteps® & wall

d. Cut up stance matador 30-60 seconds with left leg lead – SoleSteps® & RMT® Rope

e. SoleSteps® huge hinge/SQ transitions 5-8 passes – SoleSteps®

f. Dragon roll R 30-60sec – SoleSteps® & RMT® Rope

g. Cross pulse cut up squat proper facet 5-8 Passes – SoleSteps® & ProPulse® Pace Trainers

h. Dragon roll L 30-60sec – SoleSteps® & RMT® Rope

i. Cross pulse cut up squat left facet 5-8 Passes – SoleSteps® & ProPulse® Pace Trainers
