INGREDIENTS:
– 13.5 oz. canned coconut milk
– 2 scoops #BPNsupps vanilla whey protein powder
– 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp. honey
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/2 cup raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Whisk collectively coconut milk, whey protein, yogurt and honey till clean.
2. Fill popsicle molds to the highest with a mixture of the berries. Be sure you go away room for the protein combination.
3. Pour the protein combination over the berries in every mould, gently tapping the molds to launch any air bubbles.
4. Insert popsicle sticks midway into every mould. Freeze in a single day.
