Want a wholesome, protein-packed snack to chill you off this 4th of July? Attempt these Patriotic Protein Pops! 🇺🇸⁣

INGREDIENTS: ⁣

– 13.5 oz. canned coconut milk⁣

– 2 scoops #BPNsupps vanilla whey protein powder⁣

– 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt⁣

– 1 tbsp. honey⁣

– 1/2 cup blueberries⁣

– 1/2 cup raspberries⁣

INSTRUCTIONS:⁣

⁣1. Whisk collectively coconut milk, whey protein, yogurt and honey till clean.⁣

2. Fill popsicle molds to the highest with a mixture of the berries. Be sure you go away room for the protein combination.⁣

3. Pour the protein combination over the berries in every mould, gently tapping the molds to launch any air bubbles.⁣

4. Insert popsicle sticks midway into every mould. Freeze in a single day.⁣
