Spicy Garlic Toss
Substances

3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
In a small saucepan, sauté the garlic in oil on medium-low warmth till garlic is translucent. Watch out to not burn. Add remaining substances.  Simmer for 8-Quarter-hour. Toss with cooked veggies, beans, tofu, pasta, rice, and many others.  Be happy to mess around with the herbs and degree of spiciness as properly (as when you want my permission!).
