Janet (Jan) Finch, LCSW, PhD, has been within the social companies occupation for the previous 50 years. She is retired from the College of Texas at Arlington College of Social Work as Affiliate Professor in Follow and is at present an adjunct professor. Previous to her work on the college, she had been a social work clinician, administrator, and supervisor in nonprofit businesses, focusing her work on disabilities and trauma knowledgeable follow with youngsters and adults.
