Cilantro Lime Chicken – Red Mountain Weight Loss

Elements:

  • 6 rooster breasts (4 oz. every)
  • 1⁄4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp floor cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp chili powder
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Whisk collectively lime juice and zest, cumin, chili powder, garlic, Stevia, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add rooster and marinade for 30-60 minutes within the fridge.
  3. Take combination out of the fridge and let it sit for 10-Quarter-hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  5. Spray a big oven-proof skillet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Sear the rooster for 5-6 minutes till they’re golden brown. Then flip the rooster and sear the opposite facet for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Take away the rooster from the oven and let it relaxation for five minutes.
