Components:
- 4 salmon items (32oz.)
- 5 medium zucchini (about 5 cups)
- 1 lemon, zested and sliced into wheels
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp purple pepper chili flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Season salmon with salt and pepper; put aside.
