Matthew J. Brown, not too long ago professor of philosophy on the University of Texas at Dallas, has moved to Southern Illinois University (SIU), the place he’s the Jo Ann & Donald N. Boydston Chair of American Philosophy and the
Director of SIU’s Center for Dewey Studies.
Professor Brown works on nineteenth and twentieth Century philosophy, particularly American Pragmatism, the historical past and philosophy of science, cognitive science, and comics research. He’s the writer of Science and Moral Imagination: A New Ideal for Values in Science, amongst different works. You may try his writings here and here.
