You’ve most likely heard that there are dozens of Inuit names for snow, however what do they every imply, and what goal do they every serve? On this quick documentary, the Inuk filmmaker Rebecca Thomassie from the distant village of Kangirsuk within the far north of Quebec in Canada learns many of those phrases from an area elder, Tommy Kudlak, in order that she may move them alongside to her three-year-old daughter.
