Orange salmon with honey mustard

Substances

  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper
  • 6 ounces skinless salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup complete wheat linguine
  • 6 asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped contemporary parsley sprigs
  • 2 contemporary basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 tablespoon freshly grated Pecorino

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk collectively the orange juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, honey and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Serve the salmon alongside the pasta with asparagus.
