Detailed forensic assessments have decided that the three individuals who tragically handed away after consuming a beef wellington pie have been certainly victims of mushroom poisoning.

Pastor Ian Wilkinson was the one individual to outlive the toxic beef wellington dished up on July 29 by stay-at-home mum Erin Patterson in Victoria’s east.

His spouse Heather, 66, and her sister Gail and husband Don Patterson had been invited over for lunch as a part of a ‘mediation’ gathering to debate Ms Patterson’s relationship together with her estranged husband Simon, who pulled out on the final minute.

Erin Patterson had earlier instructed police that the mushrooms used within the lunch have been a mix of button mushrooms purchased from a grocery store and dried mushrooms purchased from an Asian grocery store in Melbourne months earlier.

In her assertion, leaked to the media by an unknown supply, Ms Patterson stated she portioned the meal onto plates and let her visitors choose their very own.

She stated she took the final remaining plate and ate a serving, later handing the leftovers to hospital toxicologists for examination.

A dehydrator she had was later dumped on the native tip amid concern her estranged husband would blame her for his mother and father’ loss of life and achieve custody of their two kids, she stated.

Erin has denied any wrongdoing and Every day Mail Australia will not be suggesting she deliberately poisoned her 4 family.

Extra to come back.
