This artwork exhibition in a neighborhood village was a lot smaller than latest years. I reckon all of the individuals who took up artwork throughout covid have now gone again to their regular jobs and haven’t got time for portray!
I did not see something that I liked and a few not very fascinating. About half the present was giant framed pictures of birds and zoo animals – OK, however not my favorite sort of artwork.
Only a quick take a look at a number of the work on show- an excessive amount of reflection from home windows for good pictures I am afraid
Helen Maxfield’s Linocuts beneath – she reveals in any respect the native artwork exhibitions. She appears to have some completely different footage this 12 months.
This one beneath is finished with pastels – The sunshine on the meadow is properly executed

And These beneath ……….no matter they’re! Not one thing I would need on my partitions!
These two beneath that are labelled as Digital Print – on a pc I assume, are they correct artwork?. One is known as ‘Cats in Home windows’ and the opposite ‘ Canine in Home windows’. Would not need these both.
I purchased a card that includes an avocet so as to add to the birthday card field, it is one in all Helen Maxfield’s, though I’d maintain it and discover a body for it so as to add to my ‘artwork wall’
Did not take lengthy to look spherical and I used to be quickly on my approach house once more. One other Artwork Exhibition has been famous within the diary for visiting in June.
