MACROS: 38g CARBS | 34g PROTEIN | 16g FAT

 

INGREDIENTS:⁣
– 1 cup combined frozen berries⁣

– 1 tbsp. all-natural peanut butter⁣

– 1/4 cup #BPNsupps Vanilla Whey Protein⁣

– 2 tbsp. oats⁣

– 1 cup milk or milk substitute ⁣

INSTRUCTIONS:⁣
– Add all elements in a blender and mix on excessive till easy.⁣
