Andie MacDowell has embraced the adjustments that include growing older. 

The actress, 64, determined to cease dyeing her curly locks throughout the pandemic and hasn’t appeared again.

‘Throughout COVID, I may see the roots with my face and with my pores and skin and my eyes, and I favored it. I felt that I’d be happier. And I’m happier. I actually prefer it,’ the actress advised People on the New York premiere of her new movie Good Woman Jane.

The Wi-fi star’s salt and pepper curls had been proudly on show as she defined her motive for letting go.

‘My sister’s full-on silver and he or she’s solely 18 months older than me. I assumed she appeared a lot extra lovely being silver. I used to be jealous,’ defined Andie.

At a time when ladies usually use filters to cover their flaws, the South Carolina native claimed she wished to be extra snug with herself, however admitted it wasn’t at all times straightforward.

The twice-married mannequin has three kids, Justin, 26, Rainey, 32 and Margaret,27 from her first marriage to ex-husband Paul Qualley, 64. 

Each of her daughters have launched their very own appearing careers and Andie shared the small display screen with Margaret within the 2021 Netflix sequence Maid.

She now finds herself receiving recommendation from each of younger ladies who flip her personal phrases towards her, in a loving manner. ‘If I ever say something demeaning about myself, as a result of I’ve taught them not to do this, they’ll say, “Why are you doing what you advised us to not do?”‘
