 Saturday’s most important meal

A small Aubergine grilled and  topped with sliced tomatoes, basil leaves and grated cheese. Served up with inexperienced beans. With this I had a selfmade tomato and herb bread roll to mop up the juices.

As close to as I can get to an entirely residence produced meal now.
