Summer season snack time in our fam is all concerning the popsicle. (Possibly you’ve seen me and my #tinychef helper make them collectively on a recent IG reel?!)

However actually…. what’s to not like?! Popsicles which might be REAL FOOD based mostly (aka nutrient dense), made with issues you have already got readily available, are so easy & straightforward to do, and have all of the JOY that the shop purchased variations do (however with out all of the chemical compounds, excessive fructose corn syrup, pink dye #40, further sugar, and so forth).

Aka popsicles you may really feel nice about serving & consuming your babes (and that gained’t trigger a blood sugar crash after).

Actually, these are the important thing (together with hydration & resting) to maintain the summer time enjoyable rolling IMHO. All made with elements you most likely have already got!

BTW, my favourite popsicle mould to make use of are THESE. They’re the right dimension for littles to take pleasure in (much less mess!), and the popsicles come out simply. The very best!

Blackberry Coconut Popsicles:

1 cup blackberries (or no matter summer time fruit you’ve & love!)

1 cup coconut milk from the can (full fats)

1-2 tsp maple syrup

Mix all collectively & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for a minimum of an hour.

Peaches & Cream Popsicles:

1 giant ripe nectarine or peach

1 cup coconut milk (from the can, full fats)

1 tsp maple syrup (or miss for infants, like I did on this video with the ice dice trays, after which add maple and mix once more for greater youngsters).

Mix all collectively & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for a minimum of an hour.

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles:

1 cup strawberries (or no matter summer time fruit you’ve & love!)

1 cup Greek yogurt (full fats)

2 tsp maple syrup (bc strawberries are extra tart than most different summer time fruit, normally we do 1 tsp with different fruit).

Mix all collectively & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for a minimum of an hour.

Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles:

1 cup (ish) full fats Greek yogurt

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1-2 tsp maple syrup (or extra if in case you have a sweeter palate).

Mix. Pour into popsicle molds. And delight later.
