✔️ ½ block halloumi, sliced
✔️ 100g watermelon, reduce into cubes/triangles
✔️ 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
✔️ ¼ of a cucumber, diced
✔️ 1 pack of microwavable blended grains
✔️ 1 pack of blended salad
✔️ A squeeze of lime
✔️ 1 small handful of mint leaves
𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃 🥣
1️⃣ First, warmth a griddle pan on medium/excessive warmth with a few sprays of oil and place the watermelon to warmth for two minutes on all sides to flippantly char. When performed, take away from the pan and place in a bowl within the fridge to chill.
