✔️ 100g watermelon, reduce into cubes/triangles⁣

✔️ 100g cherry tomatoes, halved⁣

✔️ ¼ of a cucumber, diced⁣

✔️ 1 pack of microwavable blended grains⁣

✔️ 1 pack of blended salad⁣

✔️ A squeeze of lime⁣

✔️ 1 small handful of mint leaves⁣

𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃⁣ 🥣 ⁣

1️⃣ First, warmth a griddle pan on medium/excessive warmth with a few sprays of oil and place the watermelon to warmth for two minutes on all sides to flippantly char. When performed, take away from the pan and place in a bowl within the fridge to chill.⁣

2️⃣ Wash down your griddle pan and repeat the method with the halloumi, as soon as grilled on all sides, take off the warmth. ⁣
