A tasty smoky pasta dish all cooked in a single pot and topped with crispy halloumi

- 700ml vegetable inventory
- 1/2 tsp chipotle pasta
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 150g frozen chopped greens
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
Directions
- Minimize the halloumi into small chew sized items and add to a big casserole dish or saucepan with the oil.
- Prepare dinner for five minutes till the halloumi is brown and crispy.
- Take away the halloumi items from the pot and put aside on a plate.
