The College of Social Work’s advertising and marketing and net groups have received a Better of CASE District V Award for the College’s Centennial Timeline Mission. The timeline depicts the College’s historical past from its origins to its present place as one of many world’s most outstanding colleges of social work. Initially designed as a bodily set up, the timeline was reenvisioned through the pandemic as a three-prong initiative:

A museum-quality set up within the College of Social Work Constructing. Customized-designed wallpaper depicts the structure of the 4 College of Social Work buildings over the last century; plaques, images and memorabilia element particular moments within the College’s historical past.

A four-page print model of the timeline was created for the centennial subject of our alumni journal, Ongoing.

A digital version of the timeline is featured on the varsity’s Centennial web site.

Designed as a short overview — versus a complete historical past — the timeline is an interactive, community-sourced undertaking that may broaden to mirror contributions from the varsity alumni, college and college students. All three variations finish with a QR code, which permits the neighborhood to submit their very own historic second to the undertaking.

CASE is the Council for Development and Help of Training, a world non-profit affiliation devoted to academic development, alumni relations, communications, growth, advertising and marketing and development companies.
