I began strolling the summer season after highschool to drop pounds. I’d stroll with pals, my mother & on my Grams’ treadmill.

Finally I began to run slightly at a time. My endurance improved till I used to be operating the entire time.

At first I thought-about any operating a victory!

Since I began out simply considering I’d stroll – any size of time operating was a bonus.
