Inspiration permits for expression. It’s a means of receiving and releasing. And, sure, this sounds just like the breath, nevertheless it’s not so easy.
In actual fact, it couldn’t be extra dynamic and distinctive. Why? As a result of every breath and every inspiration is new. Every is constructed upon the end result of all the moments which have created the most recent, newest, ready-to-happen now. And so every expression is totally distinctive.
However what occurs in that area—that inventive area—between inspiration and expression? Magic. It’s inside the interlude that an amazing mixing takes place.
Interludes are for integrating, realizing, manifesting, reworking, synthesizing, and actuating. Dynamism in motion and all of the whereas in between.
