A teenage lady has been stabbed at a college close to Cairns with a 18-year-old boy taken into custody.
Queensland Police rushed to Peace Lutheran Faculty in Kamerunga, north-west of the town, about 10.35am on Tuesday.
The lady is in a critical situation.
The pair are believed to be recognized to one another.
Police investigations are persevering with.
