Police have closed their investigation into the loss of life of S Club 7‘s Paul Cattermole, MailOnline can reveal.

The founding member of the Nineteen Nineties pop group was discovered lifeless at his house in Dorset on April 6 aged 46. It has since been revealed he died of natural causes.

Yesterday a spokeswoman for Dorset Coroner’s Workplace mentioned: ‘We affirm that Mr Cattermole died from pure causes and our investigations have concluded. As his loss of life was from pure causes there will probably be no inquest.’

Right this moment Dorset Police has now confirmed the investigation is closed.

A spokesperson for the drive instructed MailOnline: ‘No additional police help is required and our enquiries have concluded.’

Mr Cattermole’s loss of life got here because the band was reforming for a twenty fifth anniversary reunion tour which fellow member Hannah Spearritt not too long ago confirmed she would no longer be becoming a member of.

His household and S Membership launched a joint assertion saying his unhappy passing on the time.

They mentioned: ‘It’s with nice disappointment that we announce the surprising passing of our beloved son and brother Paul Cattermole.

‘Paul was discovered yesterday, sixth April 2023 at his house in Dorset and was pronounced lifeless later that afternoon.

‘Whereas the reason for loss of life is at present unknown, Dorset Police has confirmed that there have been no suspicious circumstances.

‘Paul’s household, pals and fellow members of S Membership request privateness presently.’

Following Mr Cattermole’s loss of life, the band additionally posted on Twitter: ‘We’re really devastated by the passing of our brother Paul.

‘There aren’t any phrases to explain the deep disappointment and loss all of us really feel. We had been so fortunate to have had him in our lives and are grateful for the wonderful recollections we’ve.

‘He will probably be so deeply missed by every certainly one of us.’
