- 4 giant low-sodium candy potatoes (yams)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning mix
Salmon burgers
- 1 can (14.75-ounce) pink or crimson salmon
- 2 inexperienced onions, chopped

- Whereas candy potatoes are roasting, put together salmon burgers. Drain salmon, place in a medium mixing bowl and flake.
- Fold in inexperienced onions and crimson pepper, crushed crackers, lemon juice, egg whites and yogurt.
- Form into 4 patties.
