Candy potato oven fries

  • 4 giant low-sodium candy potatoes (yams)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning mix

Salmon burgers

  • 1 can (14.75-ounce) pink or crimson salmon
  • 2 inexperienced onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped crimson bell pepper
  • 8 crackers, unsalted tops (saltine-like), crushed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • Unfold on cookie sheet. Roast within the oven, turning often, till tender and golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
  • Whereas candy potatoes are roasting, put together salmon burgers. Drain salmon, place in a medium mixing bowl and flake.
  • Fold in inexperienced onions and crimson pepper, crushed crackers, lemon juice, egg whites and yogurt.
  • Form into 4 patties.
  • Coat giant nonstick skillet flippantly with cooking spray; warmth.
