When a monk was making a farewell speech, grasp Daeja mentioned, “The place are you going?” The monk mentioned, “I’m going to Gang-seo.” The grasp requested, “Can you’re taking me?” The monk answered, “I can not take even one who’s superior to you, to not point out you.”

Scholar: “Why can’t the monk take the grasp?”

Grasp: “As a result of he degrades the grasp to a sentient being if he takes him.”

When one other monk was making a farewell speech the following day, grasp Daeja mentioned, “The place are you going?” The monk mentioned, “I’m going to Gang-seo.” The grasp requested, “Can you’re taking me?” The monk answered, “After all, I can take even one who’s inferior to you in addition to you.” The grasp mentioned, “I’m so outdated now that I can not stroll such a good distance. How are you going to take me if you don’t have cash to rent a horse and cart?” The monk answered, “Don’t be fearful. I’ll take you in consolation.”

Scholar: “The grasp is just too outdated to stroll such a good distance. You mentioned that the previous monk wouldn’t take him lest he ought to degrade him. How can the monk take the outdated grasp such a good distance in consolation with out degrading him to a sentient being?”

Grasp: “His going is the grasp’s going.”
