An EasyJet flight travelling to Scotland was pressured to make an emergency touchdown in Germany after a passenger onboard required ‘pressing medical help’.

Final night time, flight EZY3314 from Krakow to Edinburgh needed to divert as a passenger required pressing medical consideration.

The airbus then made an emergency touchdown in Bremen Airport in Germany.

Paramedics then met the plane on arrival with the passenger being taken to hospital.

The flight then continued to Edinburgh.

An EasyJet spokesperson advised MailOnline: ‘We are able to affirm that flight EZY3314 from Krakow to Edinburgh diverted to Bremen final night time as a result of a passenger onboard requiring pressing medical help.

‘Paramedics met the plane on arrival the place the passenger was transferred to hospital and the flight continued to Edinburgh. 

‘The security and wellbeing of our clients and crew is all the time easyJet’s highest precedence.’
