    canned tuna

    complete wheat tortillas

  1. In a meals processor, mix 1 cup arugula, the parsley, scallions, garlic, Greek Yogurt, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Puree till nicely mixed and the herbs are finely chopped. The combination shall be a bit chunky and that is excellent.

  2. Pour the combination right into a mixing bowl and add the tuna. Combine till nicely mixed.

  3. To arrange the wrap, divide the remaining arugula and place it down the middle of every tortilla. Spoon the tuna combination within the heart of each tortillas. Wrap the tortillas and lower every one in half to serve.
