Deviled Eggs – Red Mountain Weight Loss

Substances:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp Walden Farms® Amazin’ Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp floor dill weed
  • Salt and pepper (to style)

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a pot and canopy with chilly water. Deliver to a boil over medium-high warmth. Cowl and take away from warmth and put aside 8-10 minutes. Cool eggs in ice water.
  2. Peel eggs and minimize in half. Scoop out yolks and discard them.
  3. Mix mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, turmeric, and dill weed in a bowl. Add combination to the egg whites.
  4. Prime chopped chives. Chill and serve chilly.

 

Recipe Yields: 6 oz. of protein
