Essex County Fireplace & Rescue Service station supervisor Terry Maher mentioned: ‘The house owners have been alerted to the fireplace by their canines barking within the early hours of this morning.

‘The fireplace began in an outbuilding on the rear of the property and rapidly unfold to the roof of the home.

‘Crews labored extremely onerous, significantly because of the restricted water provide, and did a incredible job in saving the property and horses who have been in a close-by steady.
